Rainer is a Real Estate Broker in Ottawa and enjoys representing clients in the city as well as the surrounding rural areas. Having been born in the nation’s capital and calling it home his entire life Rainer’s extensive knowledge of the city, it’s population and regional characteristics makes his knowledge of the area invaluable.

Having spent the majority of his working years as a licensed carpenter and general contractor has given Rainer great insight to the homes and buildings he now helps his clients buy and sell. He was the owner/operator of R.B. Carpentry for several decades and had the privilege of working on custom homes, heritage restorations and commercial buildings throughout the
city. In the later years he turned his sights to teaching and spent a few years as a professor at Algonquin College teaching students who had their sights on acquiring the red seal designation in the field of carpentry.

With regards to real estate, Rainer is focused on building trust first, by providing any guidance required then making sure every client, young and old is treated with respect, dealt with fairly and is provided honest, accurate advice through the entire transaction process. His track record speaks for itself and Rainer is able to provide an extensive list of completely
satisfied clients upon request.

Rainer has 2 adult children who also reside in Ottawa and he lists some of his favourite pastimes as going for a run with his son or a bike ride with his daughter which allows them all to constantly continue to explore the city as it evolves and enjoy some of its many attributes together.
